A customer asked me make something that can be put on a desk and enjoyed all year.

The cork is pressed in but not sealed just in case you want to add your own treasures.

Base is filled with hard resin which stays in place while the sand, glass and shells can shake around creating an ever changing seascape.

Vista Vocational and Life Skills Center new artisan gift shop

The store is filled with unique gift items from many local and not so local professional artisans. Each artist was chosen not only for their talent but for the special story they bring about their own lives and connections.

The organization provides services to adults with disabilties in the areas of life skills, social skills, job placement and independent living. My son Cody has been thriving since he entered the program in 2013.  He independently navigates the public transportation system, has an apartment with another young man, is employed in various job settings AND he has avibrant social life! I am so proud of Cody and so honored to be connected with this organization.
